FAQ

What materials will I need to bring? 

All Equipment will be provided, however if you are already and painter and wish to bring you own, please feel free to.  

Outdoor Workshops: I don’t use oils. Can I paint in acrylic or watercolour? 

You are welcome to use acrylic or watercolour if you prefer however, please be aware these workshops are designed for oil painting and only oil paint will be supplied by us.  

Is this suitable for beginners? 

Yes, no matter where you are at in your painting journey, we aim to bring tailored tutoring to you.  

How big will the group be? 

Outdoor Workshops: There will be a maximum of 6 participants per session. 

Group (Creative Well-being sessions): Maximum of 20 

Outdoor Experience: What hours of the day will we be painting? What about lunch? 

We will arrive at each location by 9.00am. We will finish at 4pm. You are welcome to continue painting on your own after this. There will be a one-hour break at midday, you will need to bring your own packed lunch, snacks, and water for each day.  

What if I have booked an outdoor workshop and it rains? 

Please be prepared for weather. This may mean bringing some personal equipment in case of light showers. If we are unfortunate to experience heavy rain, we will contact you to reschedule your booking to a future date that will be convenient.  

How will we travel to each location? 

A more detailed itinerary will be shared before your workshop with information on nearest parking. You will need to be able to walk and carry all your gear comfortably and painting locations will be within a maximum of 10- 15minute walk unless stated otherwise.   

What is the refund policy? 

If the workshop is unable to take place due to government covid restrictions, we will offer a full refund.  

Refunds for any other circumstances at this time are not offered. However, we will do our best to reschedule your booking to a future date if you are not able to attend your original booking (this may mean the location you originally selected will also change).  

What age group are workshops available to? 
Currently all workshops are only available for adults aged 18 and above.  

Can I bring someone with me? 
If you require any additional support ie. A support worker or wheelchair access please let us know in advance so that we can ensure the planned session space is of sufficient size for expected attendees.
